About me
I'm a Colombian-born designer based in Lake Wylie, South Carolina. I was born and raised in Colombia, where I studied Graphic Design and started building my creative path before moving to the U.S. in 2017 to learn English. Somehow, in less than a year, I went from "What did they just say?" to building a whole new life in a new language.
My first chapter in the U.S. was as an au pair, and it shaped me in ways I'll always carry with me. It taught me patience, independence, empathy, resilience, adaptability, and how to figure things out even when everything feels new. After that, I earned my Master's in UI/UX Design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and soon after landed one of the biggest milestones in my career: working at Meta.
Outside of design, I'm a mom to my sweet 8-month-old son and a dog mom to Indigo, my fur baby. My family is my biggest inspiration and my favorite little adventure team. When I'm not designing, you can usually find me taking photos, listening to music, camping, rock climbing, or dreaming up all the creative things I can't wait to teach my son as he grows.
I care deeply about making things that feel thoughtful, intuitive, and human. My work is shaped by curiosity, storytelling, and the belief that great design should make people feel understood.
